The auditoriums are comfortable and the sound & picture are excellent. I also enjoy the bowling. The service is friendly and quite competent. It's especially nice to have the higher quality food (gelato counter and cafe) because the "butter" on the popcorn always gives me a stomach ache (or worse).
Everything is great except the roadways and accessibility to the parking lots. We have seen major car accidents at least 3 times at the intersection in front of the theater and have been late several times due to traffic and lack of parking spots. My daughters once parked behind the theater at night and I'm not sure how well lit or safe it is back there.
Also, we spent a lot of money over the holidays at Santikos and I was told that I would get double rewards since the system was down during that time. I went online and entered my information but never got the rewards posted to my account.

Everything. The seats, the food, and dri ks. It is usually the first choice when our family wants to see a new movie. It is a bit of a drive for us, but worth it.
It's big and roomy with extra roomy seating. You don't feel packed into the theater. The seats are comfortable and I especially like the dinner theaters.
Service was great even though our good order was not complete and had to be delivered to us in the theatre.

Very nice set up. $13 an adult ticket a little pricy x 4 plus food easily spent $60 for a movie. Miss the gold old days

I loved everything but the 4.95 12 ounce bottle of water.. come on do you really need that kind of profit. Thank you though I was happy to go over and buy the 6.99 32 ounce beer.
The convenience of purchasing tickets, the freshness of the popcorn, and the comfortable reclining seats. If only ALL the theaters had them. I do not mind paying more for a great movie experience. 😃

Reserved seating is amazeballs!! It amazes me that modern theaters in other cities don't use reserve sewting...which makes all the difference!!
