Ticket buying experience, concessions ,bar selection seating in the theatre location I love that you can have tea instead of having to pick soda or flavored water.

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the facility. The chairs were however very uncomfortable. I want to have to choice to lean back, not be forced. I felt very uncomfortable the entire movie

No long wait at the door, concession, or the drinks. The theater was clean. Everything was smooth and easy.

When I was there I fell trying to walk up a ramp and I dislocated my elbow. In the process the manager was quick to respond! He immediately had someone help me and call EMS. While EMS was taking care of me, the manager proceeded to have another employee refund me my tickets and all the purchases that I acquired. The manager was sure not to leave me until the ambulance carried me off. Although it was a horrible experience, I will never forget Thomas the manager who has expediently, and diligently come to my Aid.

The movie itself was FANTASTIC, the popcorn was fresh, and the experience overall was pretty decent. Several things occurred that I did NOT care for, however.
