Casa Blanca has a welcoming atmosphere but someone who is new to the location might have some minor problems finding the ticketing location. Ticketing rep very professional and friendly -- made us feel welcome. Purchasing refreshments was easy and quick. Did not know where drinks and butter for popcorn was located but an employee responded quickly to the inquiry. Theaters were clean and comfortable. Impressed by the number of persons ready to clean the auditorium when movie ended. Keep up the good work.

The caption system that you provide don't work.
I have come 6 times with my family and the "caption stick" was sooo heavy! I couldn't drink my soda or eat my popcorn because it requires 2 hands to hold the "Caption Stick".
