Casa Blanca has a welcoming atmosphere but someone who is new to the location might have some minor problems finding the ticketing location. Ticketing rep very professional and friendly -- made us feel welcome. Purchasing refreshments was easy and quick. Did not know where drinks and butter for popcorn was located but an employee responded quickly to the inquiry. Theaters were clean and comfortable. Impressed by the number of persons ready to clean the auditorium when movie ended. Keep up the good work.

The caption system that you provide don't work.
I have come 6 times with my family and the "caption stick" was sooo heavy! I couldn't drink my soda or eat my popcorn because it requires 2 hands to hold the "Caption Stick".

I discovered Casablanca theater about 6 minths ago and absolutely loved my movie experience. Let's call it what it is, an adventure!
As a senior and newly retired, I now have a lot of free time and I've always enjoyed going to the movies; consequently, I sometimes go to the movies a couple of times a week, or weekly, when the new movies come out.
The Casablanca ecperience is a treat, from the opportunity to accrue loyalty points, ( everyone loves something free or discounted every now and then), to the delicious meals that can be consumed while watching the movie, to (saved the Best for Last) the comfortable reclining chairs that adjust as desired! Great food, relaxation, and huge screens with AVX! Yes indeed, epic visual experience! Now, I find it undesirable to go to a movie anyplace else.
