What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The atmosphere and environment. Unfortunately my last visit was not the best due to the recliner not working and a customer behind me talking during the movie. But that was my first not great experience so I'm sure the next will be back to par.

Theater seating is outstanding! Very spacious and theater screens are masive. Love Casa Blanca more than the Palladium in the Rim (of which was my #1 theater untill Casa Blanca was built).

Clean tbeatres, good screen and sound.
My only suggestion would be to have a number, say ten, of reclining seat in each theatre instead of having them in only a few of the theatres with all recliners. Those who really need these would then purchase tickets ahead and reserve the reclining seats.
