The staff is super friendly and helpful at guest services. I wasn't able to find seats in my first choice show time but was pleased there was another showing only an hour later. I was able to have a great snack and drinks while I waited.
I love the "Fun for the whole family" feel...the bowling, arcade, concession, and bar all in one. Very convenient!

Everything...... The ease of purchasing tickets, whether ahead of time online or using the kiosks. The lines for refreshments /food is never long and the seating inside every theater is comfy, even if you don't get recliner seating. Every staff member I've interacted with has been super friendly and great.
