They gave me a dirty tray to use. She didn't even try to wife it down. I still used it, bc I couldn't carry lrg popcorn, 2 hotdogs 2 drink cup and a bag of mms.

We love CASABLANCA theatre...the seats need to be oiled....we watched DEADPOOL & WOLVERINE and our seats were squeezing loud to recline......please address

The employees of Santikos and the atmosphere of the theatre. Most of all we don’t mind paying the prices of movie going with the John Santikos philanthropic efforts within the community.
The comfortable seating and the popcorn.
Ease of selecting and purchasing tickets. Atmosphere, concession and lobby areas were neat and clean. Theater seating was clean. It would be nice if the automated ticketing machines saw more frequent attention, credit card readers didn’t always work correctly.
Always great customer service. The theaters are very clean, as well as the bathrooms.
