I have never had a bad experience there except for the prices. No senior prices available until after 5;00. The afternoon is when most seniors go to the movies.
The theater was spacious and so were the seats.
The app is working again - we were told to uninstall and then reinstall but it actually updated on it's own!
The team at Casa Blanca is great and always goes above and beyond. My only concern is with the corporate office; I wish they would be more transparent and honest about system issues. We never saw a notice about Casa Blanca being removed from the app and had to rely on speculation and whatever info we could get from employees.

The attendant when we purchased are ticket was a joy to speak to, was very efficient and advised with this purchase we had qualified for a free popcorn and 1 drink. When we went to the concessions stant all we did was give our phone number and the young man toke care of it all. The people working at this theater is why this is our favorite movie house.

Bartender was great and good staff was as well. We come allot so we never have issues with Santikos theaters.
The location is close to my house! The staff was friendly!! I prefer Santikos theaters over all of the other options in San Antonio.
