This place is always clean and friendly
I visited the Casa Blanca location on Thursday night. The next morning I realized I was missing $180.00 dollars cash that I hadn’t been carrying in my pocket. Very stupid choice on my part. I called the theater the next morning to see if by chance someone had turned it in. The associate I spoke to told me there were a few things turned in by the overnight crew but no cash unfortunately. I told him thanks for checking and hung up. A few minutes later with it still bothering me, I called back and apologized for being annoying, it was just that I had lost a large amount of cash and thought maybe it had gotten wedged in the seat I was in. So he put me on hold and told me he would go personally check. Yet again unfortunately no luck. I had called at around 9:30, and around 3:30 I got a call back that the money had actuallg been in the safe the whole time. So beyond greatful I asked if I could leave a reward for the worker who found and turned in the money, as well as Rudy as he went out of his way to reach out to me once he saw the money was there. I was told I could not give them money so I thought at the very least I needed to let y’all know what outstanding employees you have working for you. They went above and beyond the call of customer service and I’m so very thankful for that.

It's a great theater and a great movie experience. The atmosphere is great and staff are all excellent.
Casa Blanca is a huge theater I love that there is more to do than just see a movie. It was nice and clean and love the short lines, the courteous and friendly staff. The Santikos app makes purchasing and going to the movies easier, I didn’t have to worry about misplacing the ticket stub I just show it on my phone.

Staff was so friendly and helpful (except the popcorn/candy vendors). Sooo happy I was able to reserve the seats so that my 3yr old could enjoy his first movie and not interrupt the other viewers.

The theater has something for everyone. Drinks, bowling, food, games and the best recliner seats of any other theater!
