I enjoy the theatre seatings. However during the last visit we did notice some wear and tear which is a bummer because the atmosphere is one of my favorite things.

The staff from the bar to the popcorn stand were very organized and responded with efficiency. The stadium was clean and didn’t have the “stinky theater smell” and the seating was comfortable. We will continue to go to Santikos for our movie entertainment!

Usually Santikos Casa Blanca is fine but on Saturday I tried to make reservations on line through the website. It did not work at all. I had to go through an alternate site called movietickets.com.

I ended up paying over $80 for tickets for my family instead of the $69 dollar price. That is outrageous! When I arrived to the theater I explained to the cashier that the site was down. She acknowledged that she has received multiple complaints about the site that day.

I asked her if I at least get my loyalty points and she said no. This is not right at all! I am very dissatisfied about this weekend!
