The food.
Clean theater, good seating, one and only issue is that people are loud and kids are allowed in inappropriate movies.... Alamodraft house has a much better control of that.
Everything, never disappointed. Nice atmosphere. My husband and I go at least 3x a month.

Clean and just a overall great movie theater. Great experience for family, dating or just going to the show by ones self. Team members are always helpful if something is an issue, such as purchasing tickets for Palladium and going to Casa Blanca by mistake. Thanks guys....lol
I love the seats. And I love the location because it’s close to my house and the only problem I have is that there is no white cherrie slush.

The bartenders are my favorite. Michelle, Nicole, Oz, Mic... they make me feel like family! I love going there and we go at least 2!times a week.

The movie theater was awesome with the comfy chairs that reclined. Loved the food options and half-priced bowling! It was the whole reason we went and it was so fun. Truly an all in one experience we enjoyed.

We like the fact that when our family goes to the movies we get to go to a clean environment. (no shoes sticking to the floor) We also enjoy the fact that the Theater is family friendly for all ages.
Theater was clean and service was good. Bar tender lady was very friendly and nice.

In the past, I have not spoken highly of the Casablanca but I was pleasantly surprised by this last visit. The lobby lounge looks sooooo much cleaner with the new appropriate heavy duty chairs and such. The previous ones were so gross and dirty. I needed help carrying my food because I have a cane. One of The managers (man with reddish brown hair and glasses) carried my food for me to the theater. I had not been paying attention and had forgotten I was in a dining theater. I ordered from dining as well. Tyler was my server and he was EXCELLENT! He brought all napkins, silverware, condiments, etc. with my burger. He was very polite and attentive. When I was leaving, I accidentally dumped my soda and popcorn. The soda spilled ALL OVER my seat. I was so enmvarassed but knew I couldn’t clean it up. I went to ushers and explained. They said ok but did not seem concerned. Luckily, I ran into Tyler again in the hallway. He was carrying cocktails to a customer. I explained and he was very appreciative that I had informed him. He said he’d get right on it. This is a huge improvement from my previous experiences at the Casablanca. The staff was great and things were much cleaner. I still think Santiko’s needs to make sure new construction is more ADA friendly but this was much better as far as other things.
I love everything about the santikos theaters,been going meany years I just had a birthday 🎂 and I Received my free movie for my birthday love that also I am now 77 years old and I will still be gone long as I can walk thanks santikos............
