I like space in the chairs, recliners, and plenty of aisle space if u have to get up. Some of your theatres i.e. theatre 7 still packs em like sardines...I went there on my last experience. It was really unpleasant. Make those the same as the other ones.

Love the theater. We especially like the technology that allows us to buy tickets online. Also, we love how the Santikos theater's give back directly to the community.
I love everything about casa Blanca. Only thing I’d fix is security I live in Alamo Ranch I know of three people that have had their vehicle stolen or broken into while there in the past 7 months. It makes me feel worried about leaving my vehicle in the parking lot while inside trying to enjoy the movie.

Really comfortable seating with reclining seats makes going to the movies really great and it's only 2 miles away from my house!
The bartender was great and attentive. Only reason I’m giving a 9 instead of 10 is because we found a bug in the beer.

Casa Blanca is a one stop venue. Show up early to get your movie tickets, or buy them online, and you can eat, drink, and have fun bowling or playing video games while you wait for the movie to start. The theater is always clean and the staff are always friendly.
Santikos presents a solid experience for individuals, families and groups alike. I have been a patron for almost two years. The facilities are well maintained. The staff, supervisors, and managers are friendly and go to great lengths to provide a pleasant experience. There always seems to be enough personnel on hand to cover all facets of the business and to solve whatever dilemma arises.
However, there are two concerns that I would like to see addressed. Maintaining a rubbish-free outdoors environment sets the tone. From wherever I walk in the parking lot, on any given day, at any given time, I can expect to see trash littering the parking lot and the fenced in areas. Having an individual or group maintaining the outdoor environment more frequently may help to improve the appearance and would help keep a friendly atmosphere.
Bowling etiquette is a must, and the lack thereof is the biggest reason I don’t use the lanes more often. I suggest that steps be taken to inform and encourage bowling etiquette with patrons. The protocol could be addressed from signs located next to the payment desk to the person receiving payment during the lane rules and limitations stage. Likewise, an occasional reminder could be displayed on the game monitors. It’s really frustrating when I step up to bowl and am immediately disrupted from the guest on either side of my lane as they grab their balls and go, paying no mind to their neighbors or hanging out post throw at the edge, flailing their arms about, often moving into my lane, further preventing me from enjoying my game.

My daughter had a party there two weeks ago and everyone had a good time. The only thing I wasn't too pleased with was the girl that was in charge of our party. We needed drinks and food and we could never find her. So we ordered our drinks and food from the bar. Then when it was time to move our party to the party room from bowling and she tells my daughter that she should of told her so we could of gotten our drinks and food at a lower rate because it was a party. How could we of asked her if she wasn't around for quite a while? Then I ordered my chicken wings and it took about a half hour because they were having problems with the party. I have never been somewhere and they have so many problems with the party. My daughter called several times to check and see if everything was ready for the day and each time she called there was something wrong. Then to get there and there are still things not like they're suppose to be. My daughter and her husband missed the whole time with their daughter and guests in the party room because "again" there were problems. Again, how many times does a person have to call and be there to get things straight? I was upset because my daughter missed her daughters celebration because everything was messed up. I thought at first that she was going to miss her daughters birthday cake part, but thank God they made it back in time and THEN had to leave again because the girl in charge of our party still had things messed up. You know for $30 a child you'd think everything would go smoothly after soooo many phone calls and talking to the hostess in person. I wouldn't recommend any person to have a party there, only if they want to miss most of the party.
I'd recommend your theater to everyone to go to the movies or bowling and your food is so good, but not to have a party. I was very disappointed. Here you have the party somewhere else and not home to prevent stress and to really relax and have fun. Well, this was very stressful for my daughter and for me watching her get all stressed out missing time with her guest.
It is always clean. It has a variety of options. And the quality of the movies and seating are great .
