I received a very prompt reply from Asst. Manager Marika Danny over a negative experience I recently had at the Casa Blanca location. Marika was kind and extremely generous in her response and it is much appreciated. Marika exhibits the friendly, customer-first attitude that I am accustomed to experiencing at Santikos theaters.
