Santikos has done a lot to honor their loyal members and makes us want to stay loyal. I was bummed there was a sign saying i had extra time to use my birthday ticket and the cashier said it wasn’t true.

It has been almost 10 full months since I’ve gone to the movie theaters. As an avid movie goer, it felt amazing! The staff were very friendly and the theater was clean as usual. Only thing was I had waited 30 minutes for my pizza just to find out that they had forgot to set up the text alert. Made me miss the first 5 minutes of the movie. However, since it was my first time back in a movie theater and I was enjoying myself, I didn’t want to make it a big deal. I’m just grateful that the business is still open and catering to us Cinephiles.

The seating was comfortable, especially the recliner and social distancing was followed. The sound and screen system was excellent, and a nice way to relax.

Easy to buy tickets online, didn’t have to have unnecessary interactions aside from covid questions upon entering. Theater was very clean & bathrooms were also very clean.
Staff was very friendly and had no issues with helping me redeem my free ticket. Concession service was amazing, friendly, and the food was great. The theater itself was clean and the social distancing was amazing. Overall a very enjoyable experience for a movie date with my toddler.
Size of theater, shows available. Drinks from bar could be better, but selections available are good.
Everything was fine. We bought our tickets online, showed our paperwork we printed off and we found our seats. We enjoyed our time at the theater.
The seating was arranged for covid restrictions which is a great comfort during these times while trying to still enjoy being out.
