People were gracious. Very helpful. But didn’t like buying a card to purchase tickets or food and drink!!!!! Everything else was perfect. Just couldn’t use cash!!!!!
I always feel safe going to Casa Blanca. It is extremely clean and never over crowded. I like to manage where my seats will be so as not to be near too many people.

Love the theater. Best movie theater in San Antonio IMO. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They all deserve twice whatever they are earning. Please keep up the good work. I have been in the service industry for over 30 years. I know good service when i receive it. Be proud of your staff and let them know daily how valuable they are.
Friendly staff and clean
The theater is modern, always clean, and provides the opportunity for the customer to purchase food and snacks other than candy and popcorn. I also really like the reclining seats.

Very easy to purchase tickets, social distance and the entire movie experience was pleasant
Despite COVID they have really taken the extra precautions to make patrons safe. I feel comfortable with my visits.
Friendly staff, however popcorn was not cleaned from previous showtime and I thought that was odd. Unsure if cleaning is suppose to happen.

We haven’t been to a theater in over a year due to COVID, and i was really skeptical about going but we took my daughter for her birthday with friends and there was not a lot of people, everything was clean.
It was safe to go

Theatre was very clean and abiding by CDC rules.
I loved having a private screening! We were able to discuss the movie freely without bothering others!
