I liked that I could buy my tickets online so I didn’t have to wait I till we arrived at the establishment. Then they had everyone spaced out so we weren’t close to the other guests attending the movie.

I am pleased with the cleaning of the theater except the women's restroom was a little messy. I don't like when you enter asking you if you have traveled or been around someone with covid. How truthful are people going to be?? I never understood that question. I think everyone's temperature should be taken instead of the question about covid.

I loved how with Covid the new procedures are not obstructing the overall experience of enjoying a move at the theaters.

Theaters, restrooms, and eating area were clean and sanitized prior to and after.

People were gracious. Very helpful. But didn’t like buying a card to purchase tickets or food and drink!!!!! Everything else was perfect. Just couldn’t use cash!!!!!

I always feel safe going to Casa Blanca. It is extremely clean and never over crowded. I like to manage where my seats will be so as not to be near too many people.

Love the theater. Best movie theater in San Antonio IMO. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They all deserve twice whatever they are earning. Please keep up the good work. I have been in the service industry for over 30 years. I know good service when i receive it. Be proud of your staff and let them know daily how valuable they are.
