What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Great service at the ticket counter. Great service at the concession stand.

Temp setting on the thermostat could be set higher. Was very cold inside the theater.

Over all score: 9.5 Minus .5 b/c my wife was freezing in there.

Big. Bright and organized. With an exception of the drink station. Too crowded, unsanitary and floors were sticky

Always great. However, every trip we would indulge in the delicious loaded tater tots. We were very sad to learn the loaded tots are no longer avaliable. If able, would be great to bring back the tots.
