I have gone to many other theater chains & Santikos by far is my favorite. I love the recliner seats, the easy way to purchase movie tickets, & many showtimes. Popcorn by far my favorite.

Very clean and great experience
It started with the exceptional customer service exhibited by John Quiroz when I wanted to make a change to my booking. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything was set. Then we had Sofia as our party host. Her level of customer service is amazing. She too went above and beyond to make sure our party ran smoothly and took great care of us. I'm so grateful that we celebrated my son's 18th birthday at Casablanca!

Great theater. Staff is friendly. Only issue is I believe they have changed their popcorn. Tastes different and has a different smell. It’s not bad. Just different.

It was an easy process to buy tickets from the app. Staff is always professional, auditoriums are clean, and it was just a great experience in general.
Very clean. Got some seats that were not so good but the veiw of the screen was still perfect.
I like the atmosphere and close to where I live. The chicken strips are always hot. Last time the condiment area was a mess. Mustard dry and crusty on the dispenser. No ketchup cups or packets. Told worker and he said I could go to the other one down the way or get some down the hall where the movie rooms are. I wasn’t there to see a movie. Just get food. I thought the response should have been that someone restock the area. There were at least 8 workers behind the counter and they weren’t busy.

I really loved this theater. Years ago, before my son joined the military, we would always be at the movies. I can’t wait until he’s stationed in San Antonio or closer do I can take him to see a movie at Casablanca.
