I had a very confusing purchase and long story short, I purchased same show 3 times at different locations!!! The customer service was beyond outstanding!!! I literally had my eyes water up trying to contain from crying...I was that impressed 😁. In the end, i was very satisfied. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent customer service when I went in to get tickets. It would be nice if I could have purchased the reward tickets on my app. ESP. Since we don’t live in town. I happened to be in town and was able to buy the tickets for the next day without any trouble.

I believe I’ve been to the movies 5-6 times during COVID. And, although full service has not always been available…with the cafe being closed or few available stations to buy concessions…I have been pleased with Casa Blanca’s response to COVID protocols. We have been bowling and watched movies and have always felt safe and satisfied with our experience.
That being said, I would like to be able to make cash purchases instead of only paying with debit/credit cards.
