I love the Santikos Casa Blanca theater...particularly scree 5 because of its massive size coupled with the Dolby ATMOS surround sound system. I live about 45 minutes away and will go there for certain movies.

Great sound for Rammstein. Enthusiastic audience. For me, too far to go at night and had trouble getting home because 1604 was shut - jammed up traffic. Wished it had been at Embassy or Palladium.

I would like to thank Mauricio Martinez who first contacted me and Alana Young who contacted me second. They contacted a day after each other. This was exceptional customer service. I can not thank you enough for having employees to have this type of customer service. Due to the pandemic customer service has been straight trash and I don’t even go out like I use too. Due to this awesome customer service I will be returning to Santikos. I appreciate the free tickets, popcorn, drink and fries , which makes up for my not so great experience. Movies now a days are coming on Disney Plus or the other movie channels but I enjoy going to the movie theater. So thank you Mauricio and Alana for me to be able to enjoy the theater.
