Casa Blanca is my favorite Santikos Cinema. The food is great, the staff are friendly, and the seating and projector technology is hands down the best in Texas.

We always enjoy ourselves when we go to Santikos Casa Blanca. Things are always clean and the staff is always nice.
The movie and sound are good quality and there is room for your popcorn and drink. The seats are comfortable but wish there were more recliner seats. I haven’t tried the food yet but concession areas are for the most part clean.

Movie night with my wife was excellent, was a little comprehensive at first “full house” theater and the person sitting next to my wife was coughing, but wasn’t a problem because they put their mask on…

I was able to get my ticket and pick my seats online. There were plenty of cashiers selling popcorn so the lines went quickly. I loved the sound and leather seats!

I always enjoy movies at Santiago’s. The facility is clean and the chairs are comfortable.
The automatic seats are very comfortable and the theater sound was awesome.
For the most part I have nothing but good experiences here. However given that you all use a younger staff there’s been times where employees are somewhat rude. Also times where they aren’t rude but they have absolutely zero personality and made us feel awkward. My 4 year old said hello to one employee and the employee just stared at my son and didn’t even smile. My son then asked why are they mad and why did they ignore me. That’s something that could really be worked on.
The service is always friendly and the theatre is always clean when I’ve been there. I really love the reclining seats as well.
It's a fantastic theater with top notch technology, plenty of parking, great food options, a bowling alley, and even a bar area! What's not to like?!
Casa Blanca is very clean. Had a really good time woth the family.

Running out of hot dogs and pretzles as 1130am seems like poor planning, although we only had to wait 10 minutes for it. Otherwise, great as usual.
I liked that I was able to get a refund when I had to cancel for personal reasons
