The movie itself was great. I LOVE Santikos and this is the first time we didn't have that great of an experience. I had been looking forward all week to eating fried pickles and they were out. I got a large popcorn and they were out of the large tubs so I got two tubs instead. Once we got to our seats, they were very dirty. Seats had grease/butter all over them and one of our cup holders was fulls of food and sticky stuff. I realize there are issues with supply and deliveries, it was just disappointing to not get what I was looking forward to for so long. There were tons of employees around so I'm not sure why things weren't cleaner. With all that said, I will still go to Santikos and still go to Casa Blanca because of the convenience for me.
I also ALWAYS use the app to purchase our tickets. I also love that convenience as well.
Everything was clean and the transaction was easy. All around great experience.

My family and I's experience with Santikos theaters have always been positive. The staff are courteous and do their best to take care of the movie goers, and the theaters are always clean. I would definitely recommend going to any Santikos theater.

EVERYTHING! I love the auditoriums, always clean, great customer service always from the people on the food stand.
I would like just to recommend to keep an eye on the drink dispensers section, it’s kinda messy sometimes and popcorns all over the floor.
But overall, this is my favorite to-go movies location.
Love everything about this place the atmosphere is amazing staff is always super friendly. Bartender are always helpful when try to decide what to drink. Movie theaters are always clean and so are restrooms by far my favorite Santikos

I went with a friend to watch a horror movie and we were both so happy with the refreshment menu, and how kind and efficient the employees were. We had gotten tickets on the Santikos app which was really easy and convenient. The theater was clean and the chairs were comfortable.
Went today with our family of 5 bought Mega deal and we got the smallest container of popcorn .
When I asked about it the person seemed annoyed and stated only size available.
We buy that size since we are 5 and refill
We missed movie since had to get up 3 times for refills.
Which is annoying !!
We still paid same price mega and basically was worthless ..
Always has clean theaters. My seat didn’t recline though and staff member never showed up to fix it despite patron next to me (with the same issue) going to alert them. Movie was still enjoyable, but a little bummed because reclining chair seats cost more. Will still recommend because it’s my favorite theater and the pizza is delicious.
