Meeting new people

Since my age is six months shy of 80, I thought my use of the treadmill, and climbing the stairs to get to the exercise area would be just about enough exercise
But, when I watched my older sister on the Emachines which automatically monitor your exercises to rebuild strength and flexibility, I look forward to using them myself.

So many options from which to choose

Enjoy yoga and Tai Chi as well as walking platform.

Love the E Gym. Classes i love Aqua fit deep however all trainers are ok.however Chrissy is the best Aqwa fit in the rec pool. Wish Chrissy could do both Aqua fit in both deep well & rec pool. Like every other week deep well then next week rec pool.

I like your gentle yoga class specifically and the use of the outside pool this summer. It offers so many options from many different exercise classes to weight machines, to children play center and even the coffee is such a nice perk!

Time

A variety of classes to choose from for all ages. Also, the variety of exercise equipment available for areas of personal development and toning.

Too early to know

The outdoor pool for the kids is amazing

The counselors know my kid. She's sometimes a handful, but they are on top of it. They work with us, they let her reading specialist take some time to work with her, they are amazing. If she's tired, they let her nap, if she's cranky, she hangs over the creek and relaxes. The camp is amazing. Please don't stop.

Really loved all the themed weeks at summer camp.

Parent child swim is wonderful and Mitch is the best!! So engaging and helpful!

My kids love the pool.

Their instructors are kind, patient, and excellent. It was the perfect environment for our apprehensive swimmer to make great strides in swimming.

I feel safe sending my child to the pathfinders camp and if a problems arises that it would be handled well. My child likes the pathfinders camp much more than the previous year JV sports camp. I like the Kona ice day and that you can “pass” on Kona ice for other children.

The “Y” has many activities for the seniors,

Activities are quite varied, appealing to so many in the community. It’s a safe and clean facility. Provides several activities for the 55+ community.

Too soon to say . . . I only participated in one class . . . Silver Sneakers, which I did enjoy very much.
