Teachers are FANTASTIC! They have the perfect balance of love and accountability when it comes to caring for their students. My children have learned so much socially, emotionally, and academically during their time at the Y. We are so happy to be a part of the YMCA community.

They are geared for everyone. For those who are not athletically inclined or those with disabilities are able to fit in and gain something from the program!

I like the classes. The instructors are excellent! I never hear "No pain, no gain". Instead, I hear "you do you", and "work at your own pace", "this is your work out". They never want me to get hurt working out.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Exercise room is exceptional. Equipment is well-maintained, and there is a great variety of equipment that meets my training needs and goals. I am enjoying using the e-gym weekly as an adjunct to my more intensive resistance training. I enjoy the spin classes as a supplement to my cardio workouts.

The quality of the paper towels needs to be improved. They fall apart when wet.
