I like being able to access programs at multiple locations. I especially like yoga at the Oscar Lasko Y location.

My kids really enjoy swimming. I love that the YMCA teaches about water safety and my kids love their swimming lessons.

I’ve only been a participating member since the beginning of the year however when I went to sign up for class the clerk was very knowledgeable and helpful!

The young lady at the front desk, Irin I think is her name, was very pleasant and made the joining process enjoyable. I haven't joined a gym so her calm nature was assuring that I was making a good choice. Kelly was very nice with the eGym on boarding. She explained the process as we went thru each machine and the different programs to choose from. Dan, who met me while awaiting Kelly, was very pleasant too.

The most difficult part was the web sites (ymcagbw.com, ymca360.org, egym.com) and then the cell phone apps (ymcagbw, ymca360), and lastly the ymca360 Fire TV app (which has too few supported platforms). May I politely recommend a one page document for members to speed the adoption of all these features and reduce frustration.

Love the Pilates classes and instructors. Clean and updated facility with lots of amenities.

I like how the Y offers such an incredibly wide variety of programs.
I personally use the e-gym. I think it's perfect for me.

Staff were great and everyone was very friendly and patient

The West Chester YMCA is suitable for anyone, especially because I have MS. The showers have plenty of grab bars so I won't fall. The ladder in the pool makes it easy for me to get out of the pool. What a blessing to have such a facility.

Nice indoor pool and playground facilities, comfy sitting area at entrance. Haven't explored too much yet tho

The secure kids area in the lobby, for climbing & playing, is very helpful and welcomed. We swam & the pool temperature was fantastic.

The coaches are so nice and fun.

Great facility in West Chester

Facility is clean and offers a wide variety of equipment and programs. Staff is friendly and helpful. There’s something for everyone!

Everyone from the people at the desk to the cleaning staff and instructors are so upbeat and friendly. I take Silver Sneakers. Regardless of one's physical ability, everyone is welcome and the teachers offer alternative ways to do an exercise. I also attend the very informatice lunch and learn sessions and various senior socials. The "retired people" are certainly not a forgotten generation at the Y.

Everyone is friendly, there’s lots of space and it looks like different levels of classes which I’m excited about.

My favorite exercise is to swim laps. Would like to see more availability of swim lanes especially in late afternoon.
