I like many things....the family orientation, the variety of classes to cover all age groups and levels of fitness, the friendly and professional instructors, the spic 'n span facility and the up to date equipment, the coaching and mentoring, caring spirit and positive customer service. Also enjoyed the outdoor pool this year for the first time. It was a great experience.

Y is in my neighborhood and close to me.

It's a beautiful facility. There were a lot of cardio equipment, a track, great weight equipment. If I lived closer, I would go there exclusively!

good exercise classes

I like being able to come in on my own schedule to work out, and to be able to ask a quick question of the staff about a machine that I might want to try. I also like that it's not a "judgement zone" kind of place - no one cares if I'm not wearing the latest exercise-fashions. I can get on a treadmill wearing an everyday t-shirt and shorts and I don't get the "looks" of "there's someone who isn't serious about working out because she's not wearing trendy exercise clothing". (Obviously, I've experienced that elsewhere). There is a good variety of classes too.
