I like the facility and all it has to offer. I use the fitness center and it is always clean and well staffed. The evening membership staff are friendly and attentive.

What do you like about your membership?

The staff is very friendly and very helpful. They all seem to really enjoy their jobs.
The Y is a happy place and it gives me a good feeling when I go there to work out.
The variety of classes and workout equipment is great.
No complaints at all.

I came to the indoor pool recently along with my daughter who moved to West Chester. I en joyed how warm the indoor pool was!

I like the fact that no one judges me. I also think the group exercise teachers are empathetic and kind. The facility is kept clean. I am able to check in quickly at the front desk.

What do you like about your membership?

I love the friendly and helpful staff in childcare. The hours are wonderful too. I love that I can have up to two hours a day and they offer Parents Night Out. Plus everyday in the summer, there’s a fun craft/activity for my kids to do, just outside of the childcare area. My kids love going to the Y!

Convenient location, good gym equipment, fun classes like Body Pump, Body Combat and Zumba (also, if possible, please being the Zumba at 4:30pm class back on Fridays! That is a perfect day/time for me!).

Nice convinient location. Everybody is friendly. I like Yoga on Mondays night with Bheam as instructor as well as swim in pool during the day. Good summer camp for my grandson.

I love the flexibility of the classes and that they are appropriate for seniors. I am also pleased with the care the swim instructors gave to my grandchildren in the learn to swim classes.
