The group exercise classes
Helps me stay in shape
I use the e-gym 3 days a week and I have noticed things some people are doing
which should not be acceptable. I think the the Y should post some proper procedures to
be followed in that are to keep thongs running smoother.
# 1. Too many people are skipping to machines and not putting two machine space
from the person they go around and that is extremely annoying.
# 2. I've seen people just go any empty machine they see ignoring the fact they usually
interrupt the whole flow of machine rhythmic flow of timed movement from machine.
#3 I see people not wiping down the machine they are leaving but wiping the machine
they are going to next. a little backward I would say. I have also seen people taking to
long wiping down machines making it harder to log in to start before the exercise time
starts.
Friendly knowledgeable staff always there to assist !
I use the fitness center at Oscar Lasko several times a week. I like that equipment has been upgraded on a regular schedule. The facility is always clean and the staff friendly.
I enjoy the exercise equipment; but mostly I enjoy being part of the Y community.

All machines had adequate room. The natural light and fans made it very comfortable. The area for mat work was a nice size. Although I just looked through the window the childcare looked really fun and had a lot of variety of activities. My husband loved the pools!

The YMCA team is always so friendly and accommodating to members, which is so refreshing!

There are a great many and diverse programs from which to choose at the Y. I use it for the work out equipment and machines but those programs are available if I so choose. Wonderful to see they are well attended.

I love the west chester YMCA, especially the pickleball and senior programs. Reception is great, the staff are friendly and helpful. Love the free coffee. Love the lap pool.
You have many programs for my age group
The workout room is where I spend the time. Would very much appreciate it if there was new music in the early hours. Really liked that west Chester Ydid it that way.
