Flexibility, friendly helpful staff,

Wide variety of programs. Most swim instructors are good with kids and knowledgeable. Please consider adding twice as much seating to the smaller pool area, where the mushroom pool is. Everytime day and evening that I've been to swim lessons there's never enough seating for the 30-45min classes. Evening swim classes are the worst because there are so many parents and kids and not one time was I able to sit down.

They’re inexpensive and engaging, my children love them.

nice facility, friendly staff, good selection of activities

I use the indoor pool for both swimming laps and Aquatic classes. The natural light from outdoors that comes streaming in make it an extremely rewarding experience. The staff teaching the classes are so encouraging and make it FUN , so you want to return as often as possible!

Thank you for taking the time to help my sweet Mother learn about, and register for the "Silver Sneakers" program! She has now been several times and is making GREAT progress. The track is perfect for her!

Friendly and a clean facility with a variety of exercise activities.

YMCA is a wonderful place to exercise. Great equipment and facilities. Most of all the people who work there are amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable. It’s such a pleasure to arrive each morning and be greeted happily with your name.

I like to think that I am aware of most of your programs. I like the fact that you have a diverse offering when it comes to skill level. To my knowledge I have been a member for 33 years.
I have never regretted switching to another gym or fitness institution. Your facilities are great and continue to evolve and improve.
I particularly like the the commitment to youth facilities and programs. Health and Fitness is a community, an ongoing community that must promote new members all the time. I never tire of seeing young children at the Y.
At this point, most of my activities center around the gym. Being retired, I usually workout at off peak times.

Clean facilities, teachers are very patient.

The teachers are amazing, especially in the infant room. They care about the babies as if they were their own. Makes me feel comfortable dropping off my baby everyday knowing that he is in good hands.

My girls have really benefitted from the swim lessons. The coaches are dedicated and focused on each child. Only complain I hear from my kids is that the pool water is cold.

I would also suggest some sort of orientation for the kids who are interested in joining the swim team. Maybe have a session with kids from swim team and let them talk about what it takes to be in the swim team and what it entails in terms of practice and dedication.

I love the e-gym. It's fun, safe and challenging while working on all of my muscle groups. My back discomfort has really improved. The staff is so friendly and helpful.
