Clean & friendly

I like the Yoga, Barre, and Gentle Stretch classes. The WOW training class instructor is very helpful in introducing women to the equipment in the weight room as well as providing specific weight training programs.

I also like the variety of equipment that is offered.

The staff and Y members are always friendly and helpful.

I frequently use the large basketball court. I enjoy the amenities though I wish someone would look over the kids that often joke around kicking basketballs. Thanks!

I attended two cycling classes at Kennett YMCA because Jennersville Y was closed for enhancement week. Instructors were ok...hard to figure out bikes. Instructor not engaged in assisting me.

Friday AM pilates class was good. Instructor gave good instruction.

Child care, camp and swim lessons were tremendous for our son.

The gyms are clean -ditto the locker rooms . Staff is friendly , knowledgeable and professional. All the equipment I usually use was present at Kennet .

I love the instructors, the classes, and just seeing all the happy people working to attain their goals.

The Jennersville Y is the best! My husband and I enjoy the wellness center and the variety of classes offered. The group fitness instructors are always helpful when trying a class for the first time. There are so many options!!

Good variety and amount of aqua classes.
I love!!! That they don't play music in them. (Jennersville branch blasts music which is so loud in the pool area and it is very annoying)

Kennett isn't my home branch, but I love taking classes there too. Everyone is so welcoming.

I love that there is a steam room. Need one in Jennersville.

Variety of group exercise classes. Excellent instructors. Please replace all of the large/old plastic clips for body pump bars with the smaller round clips.

Friendly personable staff

There are activities for the whole family. The environment is so good (staff, instructors)! It is a good value.

The programs are so varied and the employees are sooo professional and warm. It’s the greatest YMCA I have ever joined. Feels like home! Thanks!

So far have only used pool and equipment. Very pleased.

Flexibility

Diverse and convenient times.

The Y works hard to meet all the needs of their members, balancing one group's requests with other group's requests. I especially want to commend Kellie Walters for meeting with members of the Aquatics boot camp class to address their request for an additional lane. Kellie was able to come up with a solution that provided the class with additional space while still keeping enough lanes open for the morning lap swimmers. Thank you Kellie.

I have not done a program for some time. But I did like that I could simply show up (I did not do the pay-for activities)
