I love how family friendly the programs and activities are. We are able to go there as a family twice and week and we all are able to get something out of it.

I am very pleased with my Y benefits. I took advantage of the personal trainer eval and signed up for a few sessions to learn more about how to use the weights correctly. I started playing pickle ball in Feb. of this year. It is a lot of fun and I just played for the first time on the outdoor courts. I am also a lap swimmer and cannot say enough at how clean the staff keep the pool area and lady's locker room. The pool area is very well ventilated too and the warm pool is also very clean and inviting. I drive from Delaware to the Kennett Y because I was so impressed with it's overall appeal when looking where to work out.

Love swim lessons! Anna is firm but not scary and my kids are thriving!

Everything has been great so far. Their swim lesson instructor is very good with the kids.

First, let me explain that this is Robert Last name removed, not Name removed. I've filled out surveys from YMCAGBV before, only to find at the end that it was in her name. We share the same email address. There was no way to change the respondent name in the survey. She will not fill out surveys anyway.
I think the facilities and the staff at the Kennett Y are terrific. For the most part I don't participate in organized programs/activities at the Y (nor does First name removed), with the exception of occasional pickleball play.

Variety and accessible to all levels of fitness

I love all the yoga classes and that is why I am a member......I love the pool but always busy...lanes are hard to come by.....thus I must come on off peak hours and before swim team......

I do not take classes or programs.

I have a weight workout and cardio regimen that I follow each week. I've lost about 60lbs, and am continuing to slowly drop weight purposely. The premises are always clean and are continually being cleaned. The staff are all friendly, and very helpful. Overall a really great workout experience.

The staff is so kind and helpful. My children loved their swim lessons and instructors.

Both of the swim instructor that we have are awesome! They give great feedback and suggestions and are excellent with kids! It is obvious that they love what they do!

Up to the recent times, I was very satisfied then all of a sudden it all went in the dumper; I'm speaking about Pickle Ball I believe it all started with a few people who decided they would not play with others that in their opinion did not play as well as them, so Management gave them separate days, and that seemed to work OK until someone decided to many people showed up at the same time and some did not get a chance to play, well I question that I have never experienced nor heard anyone claim the same so Management decided to spend monies to correct the situation with a sign in the program well that seems to work at least initially until people decided to sign in in advance creating another problem so some of us decided not to contribute to problem we would just so up and if they needed players we would play not interfering with the program, by the way, most days those that signed up would not show up leaving space for the other players could play and this worked well till someone decided it didn't make any difference that there were not enough plays but you didn't sign up so you must leave, so what did this do is compound the problem, I joined the Y to control my weight thru exercise and discovered Pickle Ball I sat around watching for about a month until someone asked me to play and the rest is history, now I'm told more changes are on their way
