I like all the classes for the YMCA but I'm request for bar class afternoon because that's helped a lot of people and I'm happy all the teachers everybody so nice to everyone I like my friends and my all my people working there I love it thank you for everything teaches us new stuff

Well run facility with lots of options, well kept weight room, clean locker rooms, good yoga program, love the sauna.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Because I've been so busy lately with work, etc., I mainly go to the Y and do cardio, lift weights, and stretch. I see activities taking place all the time though, and it's very heartwarming and inspirational.

Child watch allows our family to do so much. The adaptive programs for our children with special needs is such a great way to ensure they can do just what other children can.

The staff and participants for the classes are very friendly. A participant is encouraged to work at his/her own pace which takes a lot of the pressure of for new students.

I love 💕 the CV room with the curve and rower.
I hope I am able to maintain my muscularity as well to burn calories in this room.
Please keep plenty of curve machines in your new YMCA renovation.
I also enjoy all the new friends and acquaintances I have met.

Love the child care availability so that I can take a class. Room was large and clean, teacher was good.
