It was a huge challenge to sell my home where I had my business and Jenn took it on with flying colors. Very friendly and very knowledgable,In my line of business you have to be extremely focused and get into what I call the (zone). I knew I had the right person for the Job because she clearly does the same.. My advise to anyone would be to trust what Jenn says with her thoughts about how best to sell your home. Throughout the rather lengthy search for houses, Matt remained not only patient, but also educated us on houses and exactly what we should be wary of. Many folks in sales, especially when commission is involved, find it difficult to remain impartial. I never felt pressured with Matt, and not only earned a great deal throughout the process, but I think he was invaluable in ensuring we didn't end up purchasing a house with a great deal of underlying issues. Couldn't be happier with our time with him, and while we don't foresee looking for another house in the next 10 years (because we are so happy with the one we found), we would not hesitate to work with him again or refer others to him.
