Beth was just so sincere, a quality I admire. She was also very calm and was able to talk me down when my anxiety was trying to take control. There were a couple of times that ethics came into play, but all through the process, Beth didn't tell me what to do, but after I made the choice, she validated it. She was also happy to include my daughter in discussions.
Hunt Real Estate is a known entity in our area with several good realtors. Our representative Molly Robinson is very knowledgeable and really listens to you as the seller/buyer. Judy is a go getter. She worked up a great program to get the house ready to list. She helped finding the right professionals to sell off the assets, clean out what was left, clean it, repair it and make it beautiful for pictures. Once listed she brought loads of people through and worked the realtors to come up with offers. If I ever have another piece of property to sell or buy I would use Judy for certain.
