Well as everyone’s says the first house is the hardest one but these people made it so much easier between the realtor Kirk who’s absolutely amazing so down to earth and makes you feel normal thru the whole process and makes things understandable at a level I needed I was never book smart I’ve always been hands on as I’m a diesel mechanic but he made it to where I could understand it all and for a young father raising two kids i don’t have crazy money for the crazy down payments but he didn’t judge me it was more like fuel to him to find me something that checked all the boxes and was affordable and he did just that I couldn’t thank him enough as well as Christina and the attorney I had thru them they all were great and made this possible for me you guys are rock stars in this business

She got me in to showings immediately, wrote me a strong offer, helped connect me to a lender who was well known and trusted in the community and was incredibly responsive and attentive. She checked in frequently during my closing period and helped me with any questions or concerns I had along the way. I could not imagine having gone through this process with anyone else!
