Golden Triangle is always so welcoming and so full of energy and I like coming into this studio everytime I take class.
Convenient location for me, but they don't have consistently strong instructors, so I try to go to the Winchester location more.

Love the hands on assistance and massages, wish we got it all the time! I love the amount and variety of classes offered. The music is good. The teacher focused on being in the moment and setting an intention. She gave good cues. The facilities are clean and people are friendly.
The instrctors are every knowledgeable and care about the health of their students. Renee and Lauren are great teachers and are always trying to make the class grow in our practice.
