April taught a great class. Her music was very good and she made it accessible yet challenging. I was visiting from Southern California and was glad I chose this class.

Great instructor!
C2 and Sculpt classes are very well put together. Instructors always play great playlists to accompany their flow. I love coming to this studio because it is so close to my work. It is nice to take a class after work to de-stress from a long day at work before I head home.

Great variety of classes. Makes you sweat. The best part is the free week trial. I used that to try the classes and since then I’m hooked and got a black tag membership.

C2 flow should be a bit faster/more challenging. Most of the time it is very very slow but other studios have really challenging C2 classes.
