As a traveller I loved the hot yoga to stretch out any kinks from sitting in planes and cars, followed by a shower with soap, shampoo and conditioner. I loved that there was a mat and towels available and affordable to rent. I thought it was amazing and will use core power yoga again when visiting the US. I would also purchase apparel as I had such a good experience of the studio.

LOVE the teachers! Hesham, Mark, and Tania are my favorites!!! The classes are such high quality, and love the studios! It doesn't hurt my wrist or feet! The price though is the only reason why I would not recommend CPY.

The instructor was great! There were a few times that I had to stop and take a break and I never felt judged for it. She offered a tough workout and lots of modifications.
