I am happy with most of the job. There was a stubborn stain and it would take an application of a further treatment which would cost $50 more. That is disappointing to me.

Dustin was great. Explained all the options for extra cleaning applications. He was able to remove carpet stains that 2 other companies could not. He worked quickly and was careful around our furniture. Left us with "little booties" to wear over our shoes while the carpet dried.
I will ask for him again when it's time to clean the carpets/
