The duct cleaning was very much worth the money. I won't recommend the tile and grout cleaning because I can do a much better job by scrubbing the tiles manually with Ajax and bleach. Will not recommend grout cleaning from you all.

I am on the third floor of a secured building, and the tech, Joshua B, was very pleasant and made what could have been a very difficult situation go very smoothly and completed the job with a great attitude.
