After having such an amazing experience with them during last year's home buying attempt, I returned to Amerispec and, specifically, Robert "Bo" Hardy, this year when I found the home of my dreams. I recommend them to EVERYONE I know and will continue to do so - I even convinced my realtor to switch to them (although it wasn't what I told them but what they witnessed when Bo conducted his inspection)! On both inspections, Bo was not only incredibly detailed and efficient but he went above and beyond to make sure no stone was left unturned. My reports were reviewed in detail with me in person, with Bo walking me through each finding so I fully understood everything and could make informed decisions about my purchase. On I top of that, received the inspection reports same-day (which was awesome considering the second inspection ended at 6pm and I received the report that night!!). Robert clearly went beyond the call of duty: He explained eveything very well, listed small issues and bigger concerns and also put them into context. It was a huge help with our assessment of likely future costs and potential problems and in fact helped us during discussions with the seller. We're moving forward with the purchase. We highly recommend that every home buyer should get an inspection done and Amerispec/Robert is the way to go!
