Recently, I had the opportunity to work with another inspector, Robert, due to the house being in MS and I was impressed with his work as well. It is good to know that when I cannot get David, I have another source. In addition, it is good that your company has added on someone for MS. I believe it was about two years maybe that I needed someone for Coldwater MS, but your company was not able to accommodate me; however, was told by Matt that was being worked on and now the resource is available.

My husband and I really appreciate David’s thoroughness during our home inspection. He literally left no stone unturned. He was very punctual and professional. While being professional is essential in this line of work, you have to be personable. David did more than spew information at us, he was an attentive listener and answered our questions with precision. Overall, we are pleased with the time we spent with David Jolley during our home inspection and the sense of urgency AmeriSpec MidSouth had in getting our inspection report to us in a timely manner. We would definitely use this company for future inspections and recommend it to others.

I love that I received a very thorough home inspection. My inspector, Bo, seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. My father was present for the home inspection and accompanied Bo around for the whole inspection asking question and Bo was patient, kind and thorough. I’ve bought many homes before and have not been satisfied with the inspection services and have been left to feel that home inspections were not helpful with identifying major issues that I ended up having to spend lots of money to correct. I feel as though Bo has left me very informed with the condition of my future home.

You guys were great! Right out the gate the inspector was early to the appointment and getting started with pictures and documentation. Throughout the entire process the inspector moved methodically and purposely with a great sense of experience. Every question I asked was not only answered but then elaborated on to give further insight. The inspector was able to break things down and explain his process. Even the process of scheduling was top tier professional. This was the second inspection with Amerispec and I could not think of using anyone else!
