The inspection was great. He caught the smallest details that I could not see. I love the feedback he gave to the builders on what to do and quickly fix the situation. The camera he used was crystal clear. I could everything that he mentions on inspection. I would highly recommend him to everyone who is a first time home buyer. Also, the inspection did not take long, maybe 30-40 minutes and he had my paperwork ready in 20 minutes after the inspection.
Matt was exceptional. He took the time to explain everything to me. And his training assistant was very professional, informed, and helpful. I will definitely be using Matt (or Christian!) again if I am ever in need of another inspection.
