Very friendly staff .

Your staff is amazing and great with communicating with the dog owners. I found out that even though Dogtopia is a franchise, each place is staff according to the owner. I've tried two Dogtopia's and my sense of what I like coincides with my dog. Bowie loves your place and ALWAYS so excited to come and play with his friends.

I love Dogtopia. I can see that my dog loves it there. The people that work there truly love and know dogs. I don't have to feel guilty leaving him while I am at work because he is safe and happy and gets great socializing with other dogs.

Dogtopia Miramar treats my dog as though he’s family. When I had him boarded there and he came down with UTI symptoms they made sure he got the care he needed. There’s no other place I’d take my dog.

Such a wonderful staff! They always let me know about any issues regarding my or other dogs. My puppy has a wonderful time and I can be confident she's being well taken care of. I can also spy on her by watching their webcam, which has such a better picture than any other doggie day cares around!

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Olivia (my dog) and I have been going to Mika for years. Olivia and I adore her. I appreciate all the care from everyone. I knew my dog was in good hands.

Great people who are accommodating to special needs!

I am a transfer client from the Best Friends facility in Kearny Mesa (now closed). I followed Mika to Dogtopia. Mika has been our groomer for many years. What a difference from Best Friends! Your facility is clean, modern, cheerful. A refreshing change! Receptionist was friendly and check in and out is quick and easy. Will be recommending to anyone who is looking for grooming and doggy daycare! Mika, of course, is great as always.

I am a new customer here. Stuff at the reception is friendly to take care of us. A groomer, Mika has been grooming my dog for several years since we moved to San Diego. She always listens to my request for my dog and responds it perfectly. Also, I like the facility that we can see the grooming room through the window.

I like the ability to pay for a half day of daycare. As a college student, this allows me to schedule my dog's daycare time around my class schedule and allows me to give my dog the opportunity to go to daycare, even on my small budget.

I have already recommended Dogtopia to numerous friends and colleagues. It's great for daycare and boarding, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Amanda and Amber know the pups and always provide feedback after our visits. I love that the dogs get to play all day under supervision, the built in naps are fantastic, and the web cams allow me to see them whenever I miss them.

Our dog was not a happy camper having to stay in the same room with a bunch of other dogs and was very stressed out not having us around. The owners were awesome and went in every day to play with him alone and let him run around. They weren't the kind of facility to board dogs alone in a room separately but they made it work and went above and beyond to keep him feeling safe and comfy.

It's not a large facility which is nice. The staff is welcoming and seems more attentive with the dogs. I'm extremely pleased with their quick response and handling of issues with other dogs. We'll be bringing our boys back for playtime and boarding.

Amanda is the BEST!!! I was in the lobby recently for an extended amount of time while my dog was doing a meet and great, and I couldn't help but be impressed by Amanda. Even if there is a rush of dogs that come in all at once, she's still got a smile on her face. She's running the phones, letting people know when to go on break, helping the human customer, organizing people to come to the front of the shop when she see people pulling in, scheduling all kinds of stuff ALL AT ONCE....I mean, she's got the art of multi tasking down to a science. It's like a well oiled machine when she's behind that desk. To do all that and still not show an ounce of frustration (at least not to the customer) is a skill that is VERY hard to find in employees. Amanda is a MAJOR asset to this place. And probably deserves a raise or a sweet bonus ;)

Also - the owners are there all the time and they are always so nice and welcoming. You can tell everyone who works there is passionate about this place. I'm just so in love with Dogtopia!!! But super shoutout to Amanda, because I was impressed that day for sure :)
