Friendly and attentive staff
I love how friendly the staff is. They always seem truly happy to be around all the dogs which makes me feel safe leaving mine there with them. You can tell that they are well taken care of! I also love their bath service! He comes out so soft and smooth and smelling wonderful!
The place is very clean and organized. They customize their service according to the size and personality of your dog. My rescue dog is very timid, they pay attention to that and take good care of him.
I will certainly recommend this place to all dog owners
I like that I can drop off Penny early and am able to see her acting ok nd during the day via webcam.

It's about the people who work at Dogtopia Miramar that makes the experience great for a dog owner. They are watchful over your dog and what I like the most is that they know the behavior of the dogs and know when things can escalate and attend to the dogs that need a self quieting moment. I can't say enough about the staff there and the caring for the dogs who are spending the day at their facility.
Friendly and efficient staff (especially during drop off when I’m running late to work haha), web cams to check in on our pups, nap time to force our restless pups to take a break when they’d otherwise run their energy down to the ground, also snacks/meals during that time. Haven’t done spa services yet but we intend to do so and it’s nice knowing we can pick up a fresh pup when we want.
Mika does an exceptional job of grooming our cockapoo, Chico, with his special needs. The service is excellent and the staff very friendly and knowledgeable.

I love that there are video cameras, because I enjoy watching my puppy. This is his first doggy daycare and I was worried about how he was going to do. Being able to see that he really is happy makes me happy. I love how the staff greet him in the morning. He seems always very excited when we arrive and everyone knows his name. I also appreciated the report card on the first day. Thank you, so far we are all very happy.

The people! Chelsea is by far my dog’s favorite human (sometimes I even get a little jealous.) Mika is always so gentle with her face trimmings. The entire staff is amazing.
