I like the smaller class sizes, it makes you feel like you have more individual attention to ensure you're doing everything correctly. Also, the space is really nice and the new reformers are awesome!

My first visit was with Elizabeth. I have back issues and she was very professional, caring, and explained what we were doing and why, but with a sense of humor.

When I first walked in, I was greeted by the person at the front who was very helpful and showed me around. The instructor knew it was my first time and helped me set up and show me how to adjust the tension. Rebecca was also very patient with me and helped me with adjustments.

I enjoyed this class VERY much! Instructor was very helpful as I am new to Pilates. I would love if there was music playing during the class - think that would really make it even more enjoyable. Looking forward to coming back!
