You have great staff - they are very knowledgeable. I have worked with Elizabeth and Virginia and they are both wonderful. I also believe that Nika does a great job at the front desk.

I had a fantastic first experience at inspire health. The studio space was clean and nice. First name removed was my instructor, and she was a very skilled teacher, gave great feedback along the way, kept the practice moving and had a calming presence. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to take a reformer class!
