The healing/therapeutic approach through pilates is something I know many people would benefit from. It's not necessarily something I have a great need for, but I enjoyed the class and passed along recommendations to several friends who would absolutely benefit from the services provided.

I took STOTT PILATES Functional Anatomy, Intensive Mat, and Intensive Reformer courses. During the courses, a lot of information is presented at a quick pace. My question were always answered. What impressed me the most was the commitment to excellence.

Very focused on form and proper alignment. Exercises are still challenging and I feel like I got a whole body workout.
The Instructor was very personable, and very quick to notice the differences that every student may need in adjustments to the reformer to insure a customized workout.

It was not what I expected. It was more like a good stretch for my body which I never do and my body felt good afterwards. It was a small class so very individualized. I liked the instructor.
