I found it to be very clean, you had the correct equipment and it was in great shape. It was quiet and my instructor was very professional: she was patient with me. a first-time pilates client and she really explained it all very well. I have made future appointments with Christine Welker.

I found the facilities and staff very inviting and friendly. It was a very nice, relaxing setting. It was my first time using the reformer machine and Missy was an incredible teacher. She was encouraging and made me feel super accomplished for my first time. I also enjoyed the workout! I will definitely be returning to inspire health.

instructors are great, workouts are always a little different, facility is clean and bright, nice people to work out with!
The friendly welcoming atmosphere, the extremely knowledgeable teachers that pay attention to details (that can modify exercises to specific medical needs) the small classes, the cleanliness, the promotions & customer appreciation events ....just to name a few. Just wish there we more classes or that it would be easier to get into classes! Thank you!
