Everything! The knowledgeable staff, the equipment and facilities, and most of all the care and kindness of everybody who works there. It's a great place and I am so glad I began coming to it a year ago.
Very knowledgable about the body and muscular system. they will not let you do an exercise in a way that can compromise any part of the body protecting you from injury while strengthening your core.

I have worked with a lot of different Instructor Trainers. I very much enjoyed Elizabeth, she is very knowledgeable but still pleasant and approachable. I would definitely consider taking more continuing education workshops at Inspire Health in the future.
I loved the way Elizabeth presented the workshop material. She was very easy to listen to and was highly knowledgeable in answering questions that were asked. She made the 6 hours fun and enjoyable! I will be returning to take courses in 2016!
