Convenient location and ample parking. A little difficult for me to find but instructions on Class Pass were very helpful. My class was only 2 people so I got a lot of attention. It was my first time on a reformer, so I needed the extra help and my instructor was super patient. I learned a lot and felt great.
I went to two different physical therapists on back to back days because I wanted to get two opinions after having surgery that might not have been necessary. I have diastasis recti, and I received hernia surgery when I did not actually have a hernia. (oops!) Virginia met with me and gave me a very thorough evaluation. She was very helpful to explain everything that was happening to my body, and she gave me great hope for getting stronger. I am currently following a running program with strength work, and Virginia worked with me on each of the strength routines to help me improve my form and get stronger. As a bonus, she also gave me great advice to help improve my running form to keep me injury free while I train. She was very knowledgeable about women's postpartum issues, as well as physiology to help my running. While both of the PTs who I visited gave me consistent info, Virginia by far gave me the most helpful and actionable information and provided excellent follow-up after our visit.
